We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for return policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your return
What isn't eligible for return?
Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.
Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear
Pierced jewelry, cosmetics and other beauty products with broken seals or packaging removed will not be accepted
Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits without their lining will not be accepted
Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for return policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.
How do I send back my Return?
You can email us about returning the item and we will udpate you with the process.
How long will it take to get my refund.
We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 3-5 Business days to process once we receive your items.
Can I Exchange Something?
Only Item with same value can be exchange if the returned item is in the condition we sent.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns can take 3–4 weeks to process once we receive your items. We’ll email you once your return has been processed.
Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
