Where is my Order?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your shipment tracking information or follow the steps below to track your order from your account.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your WKB account
2. Click My Account on the top right of the website (at the very bottom on mobile)
3. Click Track Order next to the order status

If you don’t see the Track Order link, your order is still processing.

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

We're sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.
But you still can sned us a cancelation request through email or call and if the is not sent to shipping department we can try.

Are you getting Back in Stock?

I have received my order but something is wrong, What do I do?

If you've received your order and something's wrong with it, please contact us within five days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos so we can help. Email us at wkb.enterprise.act@gmail.com and someone from our customer service squad will get back to you within 24 hours.
