The Angelo Skinner was designed and produced with the Texas goat and deer processors in mind. After years of reviewing suggestions by small and mid-size animal processors, JERO developed a new skinner. Another year was spent testing the knife in goat processing facilities to ensure the knife would work in a fast-paced, and harsh meat processing environment. The Angelo Skinner also makes a great camp knife.
